From Jacksonville
- Take I-95 North from Jacksonville. You will enter Georgia.
- Exit I-95 at Georgia Exit 29 (US 17/US 82 Brunswick/S Georgia Pkwy).
- Merge RIGHT onto GA 25/US 17 South.
- Drive 9.7 miles (crossing the Sydney Lanier bridge) and curve RIGHT onto F.J. Torras Causeway.
- Drive 4.4 miles over the causeway.
- After crossing the Frederica River bridge onto St. Simons Island, get in the RIGHT traffic lane, which becomes Kings Way.
- Turn RIGHT at the next light onto Retreat Avenue, which leads to The Lodge.
- Continue straight on the Avenue of the Oaks and drive to the gate house.
From Savannah
- Take I-95 South from Savannah.
- Exit I-95 at Georgia Exit 38 (North Golden Isles Parkway).
- Turn LEFT onto Golden Isles Parkway (Spur 25 South).
- Drive 4.7 miles and veer RIGHT onto U.S. 17 South.
- Drive 1.6 miles and turn LEFT onto F.J. Torras Causeway.
- Drive 4.4 miles over the causeway.
- After crossing the Frederica River bridge onto St. Simons Island, get in the RIGHT traffic lane, which becomes Kings Way.
- Turn RIGHT at the light onto Retreat Avenue, which leads to The Lodge.
- Continue straight on the Avenue of the Oaks and drive to the gate house.
From Atlanta
- Take I-75 South from Atlanta, towards Macon.
- In Macon go East on I-16 (Jim L. Gillis Hwy/Savannah/I-16).
- Drive 156 miles to Exit 157A, merging onto I-95 South toward Brunswick/Jacksonville.
- Drive 60.7 miles and exit I-95 at Georgia Exit 38 (North Golden Isles Parkway).
- Turn LEFT onto Golden Isles Parkway (Spur 25 South).
- Drive 4.7 miles and veer RIGHT onto U.S. 17 South.
- Drive 1.6 miles and turn LEFT onto F.J. Torras Causeway.
- Drive 4.4 miles over the causeway.
- After crossing the Frederica River bridge onto St. Simons Island, get in the RIGHT traffic lane, which becomes Kings Way.
